So I didn't have to rewrite...
Thursday night the first ten minutes of the news were about preparations for "the storm" which hadn't begun yet. Then Friday night--three THREE reporters told us one after another that we hadn't gotten the storm they were expecting.
At least it was all good for a laugh!
We did watch a fun movie--though it was a tad longer than it needed to be--last night. It did sort of resemble "Brazil" for a while. Looser in an office contemplates killing everyone. Someone else does it first. The co-worker he secretly loves is one of the survivors. They fall in love. But there's a twist--oh, and talking fish and hummingbirds. But though the performances are good...it just doesn't gel in the end. The script needed one more pass.
Comments
I haven't scene it, but given popular culture today that shouldn't keep me from commenting (and poorly, at that!).
I simply wish to add that the title of the movie should have been "He was an Quiet Man". Grammaticaly wrong, but oh so pleasing to my warped senses.
